What is Reading Schedule?

“Read the book by Friday” becomes manageable the moment it is pages per night, and the number is easy to get wrong in both directions: divide by the wrong number of days and you either finish early or arrive short. Days you are away have to come out before the division, not after.

How it works

The pages are divided by the days that are actually available — days you marked unavailable and weekends (if you chose weekdays only) are removed first — and the remainder is spread over the earliest days, so the plan adds up to exactly the number of pages in the book. The summary states the split precisely (15 pages on three days, 14 on the rest) and the calendar is drawn from real month lengths, so the 1st always sits under the correct weekday.
