Typing Practice (Guided Lessons)
Six guided typing lessons from the home row to full sentences, each passed on accuracy rather than speed.
What is Typing Practice?
Structured practice beats unfocused practice, and the structure that matters for typing is the order the keys arrive: the eight home-row keys, then the whole alphabet, then the two things that usually cost the most accuracy — the number row and the shifted punctuation keys — and only then real prose. Each lesson sets a pass mark in accuracy rather than speed, because a lesson typed at 97% twice is learned and one rushed to speed at 82% teaches a mistake that then has to be unlearned.
How it works
Every lesson runs on the same engine the speed test uses, so accuracy means the same thing on both pages; the lessons differ in their text, their pass mark and the fact that nothing is timed. A pass is recorded per lesson for the session and unlocks the next one, and deliberately nothing is stored: reload the page and the progression starts again, because a typing tool has no business keeping a record of what someone typed without saying so.
